The RUN FAST Program is based on a 10-week schedule designed to help you achieve your top speed and current maximum potential in the 5K to 10K distances. RUN FAST takes you to the next level by giving you the tools necessary to set realistic goals in running as fast as you want to go! RUN FAST is for a slightly more experienced runner who is already running a minimum of about 15 miles per week and who has aspirations to improve their overall personal records or age group personal records. RUN FAST is designed for a runner of any pace who simply wants to run faster. Whether you are trying to peak for a particular race or just would like to learn how to increase speed in general, RUN FAST is for you!
